It's important for a healthy democracy to have more than one candidate running for a given office. There are many reasons to run for elected office and many barriers as well.

We're collecting stories of candidates and almost candidates!
If you have experience running for office or if you seriously considered it but opted out for whatever reason, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! Please share your story with us via this form.

A few stories will be shared at the annual meeting, but we want to have a collection of written stories as well so we can correctly identify ways to help citizens who wish to serve in public office.
