General Meeting September 24, 2024 (Tues) - 7:00 pm Central UMC & via Zoom 233 N Church St, Spartanburg, SC  This month we’re focusing on Voter Education. You will learn or be reminded about serving as a Poll Manager, about absentee and early voting details, precinct changes and deadlines. We are collaborating with other non-partisan voter services organizations in the Get Out the Vote (GOTV) Coalition and we’ll share how you can get involved. The League of Women Voters of Spartanburg County and the Upstate Action Alliance have invited all candidates for local and state offices to be present on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 6:30 pm to chat with citizens in a relaxed atmosphere in the Cyrill-Westside Library. Although not all candidates were available that evening, many are and will be in attendance.
